Background: If you have error like this during the creation of image backup
Solution: Simply Turn ON and Turn OFF the Windows BitLocker, follow this guide
> Click Cancel and and Quit the Application

Part 1: Turn ON BitLocker

1. Using Widows Search Box, Find and Run Manage BitLocker

2. Click Turn on BitLocker

3. Since this is not permanent encryption, simply choose Print the recovery Key
> Click Print the recovery Key

4. Choose Microsoft Print to PDF > Click Print

5. Type any filename > click Save

6. Click Next

7. Click Activate BitLocker

Part 2: Turn OFF BitLocker

Wait for around 2 mins. before you proceed and Turn OFF BitLocker

1. Go to Manage BitLocker again
> Click Turn off BitLocker

2. Click Turn off BitLocker

3. The Decryption process will automatically finish (normally it takes around 15 mins.)
> Once Completed, the status should be “BitLocker off”
> After this, you may now proceed again for Image Backup Process
